It seems Trystan is just wasting her time now. 

Here is a little story talk: A few readers pointed out last week that "Rabid Rage Serum" was what Toby and Puddles was afflicted with in the previous chapters, and they are correct. You may also remember Trystan had an immunity to that potion, and I hope it is obvious how she developed it. Wicker has quite a variety of concoctions in his green houses, but how many has he exposed to Trystan over the years? Trystan has suffered a lot under his "care".

And one more detail, that terracotta pot is the same one from a flash back many a chapter ago, back when Trystan was a young girl and was still allowed to play in the greenhouses. Wicker kept her old pot all these years.
