Kay is leaping into action, but not of her own will. Perrane needs to act fast!
Panel 1: The fire mage grimaces as he rushes towards Perrane Panel 2: Perrane raises his sword over his shoulder and prepares to strike Panel 3: Kay's foot hits the ground and she bolts towards the fighters. Panel 4: Perrane is bringing his sword down to strike the fire mage, in that moment Kay has leapt in front of him, her eyes red, her arms still bound by the enchanted rope. Behind her the fire mage is also leaping forward to attack Perrane, the whole scene is scorched in orange light. "You're nothing.." says Kay in a stilted voice
Panel 5: A close up of Kay's face, her eyes are wide. She continues Panel 6: "But a Beast!" Kay's face now flashes to that of a woman in armor, her face red and angry. Panel 7: Cut to Perrane's face. He is taken back by the memory "Kaytrin?" he cries in disbelief.
